What is CreateART?

CreateART is a multidisciplinary performance and residency platform connecting artists and audiences in diverse spaces in NYC.

Launched in 2017, the platform hosts regular unique and eclectic performance events, offering opportunity for artistic expression and experimentation, cultivating community and paving the way for collaboration. Artists from every medium are encouraged to showcase their work throughout the creative process. Venues include Ace Hotel NYC, Center for Performance Research, Gibney Dance, Gallim Studio and Last Frontier NYC. Curated and produced by Gallim Dancer and Programming Coordinator Georgia Usborne, and team of collaborators.

The GallimXCreateART residency program facilitates creative growth for emerging artists. CreateART is grateful for Gallim’s support - hosting events and powering residencies.
